logistics
team in Dubai, we are looking for an experienced
Logistics Specialist
Responsibilities:

Lead local logistics projects, with support from teams in Austria and Denmark

Facilitate retail expansion, establish processes for retail, ECOM and marketplace shipments and drive continuous improvements with key stakeholders
-
Support with wholesale and partner retail flows and optimizations and onboarding new business
-
Sparring with logistics and compliance partners to improve collaboration and find new solutions
-
Specialize in UAE+ local requirements and implementations including but not limited to product & shipment compliance (UAE ECAS, KSA SABER, etc.)

Develop and track performance KPIs with external partners in the UAE+ region
-
Onboarding and coordination of new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing ones
-
Expert in navigating customs regulations across the UAE, KSA, Egypt, and other nations
-
Specialized in logistics coordination with a focus on customs compliance and regulatory adherence
-
Research new market entry customs & logistic regulations
-
Execute expansion plans & new store openings
-
Manage new retail store opening timelines in collaboration with the retail team and suppliers. including but not limited to delivery of furniture, marketing materials, and products
-
Process & coordination of online orders between the stores & fulfilment team
Qualifications
-
Completed commercial education; further studies in the field of business administration or logistics and supply chain management would be advantageous
-
At least 4 years of work experience in business, logistics, and/or supply chain management, within the FMCG sector, such as fashion, food, perfumes or cosmetics
-
Quick comprehension and a solution-oriented working style
-
Strong social and intercultural competence as well as excellent communication skills
-
Affinity for numbers and interest in data analysis
-
Hands-on mentality, proactivity and open to new tasks and projects
-
Very good written and spoken English, Arabic or Indian is a plus
-
Proficiency in IT, Microsoft and Excel tools
