Logistics Specialist

About Us

We are building a modern home & kitchen essentials brand that brings unique, functional, and beautifully designed products to Indian homes. As we grow, we are looking for a Logistics Executive to ensure smooth, cost-efficient, and timely delivery of our products to customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end logistics operations for e-commerce orders (Amazon FBA, Shopify, etc.) and B2B bulk shipments.
• Liaise with shipping partners (e.g., Shiprocket, FedEx, Delhivery, etc.) for dispatches, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Monitor daily order fulfillment, returns, and reverse logistics to ensure service-level compliance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across warehouses and coordinate stock transfers when needed.
• Track freight costs, COD charges, and optimize logistics expenses.
• Handle import documentation, customs clearance, and ensure smooth inbound logistics.
• Prepare MIS reports on shipments, delivery performance, and costs for management.
• Resolve customer delivery-related complaints in coordination with the operations and support team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in an e-commerce or retail setup.
• Strong knowledge of courier integrations, warehouse operations, and import/export processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
