Logistics Specialist

We are currently looking for a Logistic Specialistto join our dynamic team.

Logistics

• Process incoming and outgoing documentation for procured goods and Customer requirements
• Maintain product certifications accurate and available for sales support. Process quality certifications and other documentation requested by customer to clear shipments.
• Support Finance for LC/ CAD/ other related bank documentation involving shipment of goods to customers
• Coordinate/Negotiate with forwarding/ courier agent for shipment and special prices
• Create templates and keep all documentation related to shipping, regulations, foreign laws, TARIFF coding system, and customs Declaration

Inventory Management

• Owning the inventory of each warehouses
• Support in checking safety stocks in the inventory

Sales Team support

• Regular correspondence with customers and related departments (purchasing, warehousing and sales)
• Independent handling/coordination of customer complaints with regards to deliveries and reshipment of goods
• After sales follow ups, quality issues and returns to be processed as per RMA policies whilst optimizing related cost /expenses.
• Escalation process to be implemented if needed, in relation to other departments primarily with technical, sales, product and customer service departments.
• Work closely with supply chain manager and Inside Sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED145,000.00 - AED150,000.00 per year
