Position Summary

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the company’s supply chain operations, from order dispatch to delivery. The role ensures that shipments are processed accurately, transported on time, and aligned with customer expectations, while maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including order dispatch, shipping, and delivery follow-ups.

• Work closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Sales, Planning, and Finance) and external partners (transportation providers, warehouses, customs agents).

• Verify shipping documents, delivery schedules, and transport costs to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Monitor and track shipments to proactively resolve delays or discrepancies.

• Maintain logistics reports and KPIs to support decision-making and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

Experience:

2–3 years in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination.

Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level).

• Knowledge of customs clearance and import/export procedures is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective communication skills in English (written & verbal).

• Team player with high professionalism, adaptability, and resilience.
