Agent Network Coordinator (Location: Alexandria, Egypt, Hybrid)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

This role supports the Vanguard Logistics Services Agent Network by coordinating communication, compliance, and planning across global agents. The Agent Network Coordinator will ensure timely information flow, supports strategic initiatives, and maintains operational alignment with internal and external stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Act as the central point of contact for agent related communications, ensuring timely push/pull of operational and commercial information. • Assist in developing and executing detailed action plans across the agent network. • Monitor compliance from agents regarding pricing submissions, SOPs, and required documentation. • Maintain and update agent contact databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. • Support budget planning and business plan development for agent related activities. • Collaborate with internal teams (Trade, Pricing, Sales) to align agent activities with regional strategies. • Track agent performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. • Facilitate onboarding and training of new agents in coordination with relevant departments. • Participate in regular reviews and audits of agent network performance and compliance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years in LCL, NVOCC, or agent network management. • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across cultures and time zones. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Languages: English (professional)
