Logistics Specialist

Import & Export Customs Operations

• Familiar with Turkey' s import and export policies and customs clearance requirements; review all necessary export/import documents and certificates; coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping companies to ensure smooth customs clearance.
• Track cargo arrival status and coordinate with the finance department for customs tax payments; manage Turkey import/export customs clearance, logistics transportation, and delivery; follow up the entire process including ERP system inbound receiving to ensure timeliness of customs clearance and warehousing.

Warehouse Management

• Responsible for daily overseas warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and stocktaking management and monitoring.
• Review replenishment and demand plans based on historical data, market trends, and customer needs; optimize inventory allocation and replenishment strategies; coordinate shipment planning from factory to turkey warehouses to ensure sufficient stock levels.
• Regularly analyze Turkey warehouse inventory structure; promote optimization of inventory level and turnover rate; reduce long-term stock to ensure sustainable and efficient inventory operations.

Logistics Management

• Manage delivery solutions from the Turkey warehouse to end customers (B2C/B2B); monitor logistics milestones and delivery/receipt status.
• Follow up on local logistics delivery issues such as shipment discrepancies, order delays, and return/exchange exceptions, and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Monitor third-party logistics providers' service quality and cost settlement; establish a logistics data analysis system to analyze and optimize transportation efficiency, exception rates, and cost structure.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor' s degree or above in Logistics Management, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in customs clearance or warehouse/logistics management.
• Familiar with international transportation methods and customs clearance processes; understand warehouse operation logic.
• Proficient in reading and writing English, able to communicate independently with HQ.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, ERP/WMS systems, with strong data analysis abilities.
