Schedule: Thursday - Monday, Tues and Weds OFF, 2pm - 10:30pm
Job Description
- Communicating with suppliers and customers to ensure the accuracy of information in shipping records
- Process customer orders and develop delivery schedules
- Maintaining records of shipments in order to identify patterns in shipping errors or delays
- Schedule and make delivery appointments
- Check on airfreight inbound shipments
- Organize and maintain customer account details through our inventory system
- Customer service support; respond to email and phone inquiries
- Track and monitor the status of customer orders and troubleshoot any associated issues
- Manage driver schedules
- Routing and scheduling inbound and outbound trucks
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Bachelor Degree or
- Ability to work weekends
- Attention to detail
- Problem Solving
- Bilingual
- Inventory Software experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask
- Data Entry
- Customer Service
- Microsoft Excel
- Work well under pressure
- At least one year experience in operations/logistics

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
