Job Description

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to manage and coordinate logistics operations and directly liaise with logistics companies and authorities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth handling of shipments, compliance with regulations, and completion of required approvals such as SIRA.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate directly with logistics companies, suppliers, and service providers
• Manage end-to-end logistics operations including transportation, delivery, and documentation
• Handle SIRA approvals, permits, and related regulatory requirements
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and reports
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Resolve logistics issues, delays, or discrepancies efficiently
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, safety standards, and company policies
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular status updates to management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Logistics Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes and documentation
• Experience handling SIRA and government approvals is mandatory
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics systems
• Knowledge of UAE logistics regulations is an advantage
