Logistics Specialist

Job Summary

We require someone who is immediately available to start a new project. We’re looking for a Logistics Specialist for an international Exhibition project in Dubai.

• Arrange & manage the Staff/workers welfare facilities.
• Take care of waste management.
• Needs to coordinate with the customs clearing agent & transport company in case of overseas shipments.
• Provide all the Logistics support to the execution team for the completion of project on time.
• Achieve all targets given by the Project Manger related to the execution of project.
• Coordinate with HSE team for the compliance of their requirements.
• Coordinate with all sub-contractors & supplier in terms of their deliverie
• Manage the operation of the issuance of Permanent, Visitors & Delivery Passes.

Professional skills

• Previous experience working with museography/exhitibion and immersive media atmosphere projects will be an asset.
• Communication & coordination skills.
• Able to handle all mobilization & de-mobilization of site related stuff.
• Capacity to meet deadlines.
• 5 year of experience in construction projects.
• Familiar with EXPO rules is very welcome.
• Fluent in English (C1 level). Knowledge arabic will be highly valued.
