Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Inventory & Supply Chain Technician to support high-volume data center operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for process improvement in IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute assigned inventory and supply chain tasks with minimal supervision
Escalate issues appropriately during high-volume or exception-based scenarios
Perform inventory cycle audits, data corrections, and compliance-related activities
Track and update shipping/receiving information using inventory management systems
Destroy data-bearing devices (DBDs) following strict procedural guidelines
Support regulatory and certification control audits as needed

Required Skills & Experience

1+ year experience in supply chain, inventory, or retail management within an IT environment
Prior experience with inventory management systems (e.g., tracking POs, updating shipping/receiving logs)
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent attitude, eager to learn, dependable, and proactive
