Logistics Superintendent

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of professional experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
• Professional fluency in English (both written and verbal) for international coordination and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage daily inbound/outbound shipments while meeting safety and operational KPIs.
• Expertise in staff supervision, training, and performance evaluation within a high-volume environment.
• Advanced proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), inventory tracking, and MS Office.
• Strong background in carrier relations, rate negotiation, and delivery scheduling.
• Demonstrated experience in workflow optimization and implementing cost-reduction strategies.
• Solid knowledge of safety standards, company policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
