Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
- Supervise daily fulfillment operations including receiving, picking, packing, dispatching, and returns handling.
- Ensure timely processing of customer storage access requests, shipments, and service orders.
- Maintain accurate storage unit allocation, stock movement records, and digital tracking systems.
- Monitor facility readiness including cleanliness, unit availability, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Facilities teams on unit readiness, repairs, or operational issues.
Customer & Service Delivery
- Ensure fast, efficient, and professional handling of customer fulfillment needs.
- Resolve escalation cases related to orders, delays, access issues, or service quality.
- Work closely with Customer Service team to support corporate and retail clients.
People Leadership
- Lead, train, schedule, and supervise fulfillment staff and shift teams.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Conduct performance reviews and support continuous improvement.
Process & Compliance
- Implement and enforce SOPs for fulfillment and warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, security protocols, and company policies.
- Support digital transformation and system-based workflows.
Performance & Reporting
- Track operational KPIs including turnaround time, accuracy levels, service quality, and productivity.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and support optimization projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, or self-storage operations.
- Experience supervising teams or managing shift operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems, WMS, and digital fulfillment platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic preferred.
