Key Responsblities:
Coordinate and follow up on shipments (import & local) to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and review logistics documents such as invoices, delivery notes, and packing lists.
Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies.
Monitor inventory levels and support stock control activities.
Track orders and update internal reports and systems.
Support procurement and supply chain planning activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and basic logistics procedures.
Assist in resolving delivery delays or logistics issues.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related role.
Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good command of Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
Good English language skills (written and spoken).
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
