What Do We Expect from You?

Qualifications:

• University degree from Industrial Engineering orrelated departments,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, international logistics operations and e-commerce logistics, preferably in the apparel retail industry,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in team Management,
• Experience in system development and process improvement projects,
• Experience in both waterfall and agile Project management methodologies,
• Experience in warehouse automation systems and warehouse layout design projects,
• Agile, data- and AI-driven approach,
• Strong leadership skills,
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills,
• Strong planning and organizational skills,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Competent in teamwork,
• Valid driving license (B) and no obstacle for travelling.

Basic Functions:

• Develope and manage AI-powered projects to improve logistics processes,
• Consolidate, prioritize and manage logistics system development projects,
• Manage retrofit and refurbishment projects for existing warehouse automation systems,
• Manage new warehouse design, capacity increase and performance improvement projects.
