About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Tracking Specialist to join our supply chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and tracking shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing real-time updates to internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track shipments from origin to final destination.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates on shipment status.
• Coordinate with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
• Resolve delays, discrepancies, or issues in shipment tracking.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly tracking reports.
• Support the logistics team in optimizing processes and improving visibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in logistics, shipment tracking, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of shipping processes and documentation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics tracking systems.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
