Procurement Specialist - Tamheer

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Purpose:

Support procurement operations by assisting with demand analysis, inventory tracking, and supplier coordination to ensure material availability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing consumption trends and comparing forecasts vs. actuals.
  • Support validation and documentation of supplier lead times.
  • Help track inventory coverage, aging, and classifications.
  • Contribute to safety stock and reorder point calculations under supervision.
  • Assist in identifying potential supply risks and drafting mitigation ideas.
  • Prepare reports and support Excel/Power BI dashboards for decision-making.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
