Logistics Trainee (Night Shift)

LDP Logistics is calling out Logistics Trainee to look after day to day Operations.

Work Days : Mon-Fri

Job Type: On Site

Shift Timings: 06:00 PM till 03:00 AM (PST)

Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi

Core Responsibilities

• Auction all email with minimum response time
• Day to day updating of internal sheets and Company's Web Portals
• Timely documentation Delivery Orders, Bill of Lading, Release Docs, Proof of Delivery, Rate con, Load Con etc
• Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements
• Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck driver's) as required
• Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers and truckers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
  
  
  

The Skill Set

• Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory)
• Prior knowledge and process in a Logistics Organization is strongly preferred
• Supply Chain graduates / Undergraduates (Last Year) are highly encouraged to apply
• Quick Learner and keen on working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Can handle overseas customers over the call
• Problem-solving skills, Decision making ability
• Familiar with basics of Ms Excel - Can understand and analyze data
• Experience may substitute for education - if applicant has strong knowledge
