Job Summary:
Alfonick International is seeking a Front Sales Trainee who is eager to start a career in digital sales. This role is ideal for fresh candidates or individuals at the early stage of their careers who are motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn how to convert inbound digital leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling and responding to inbound leads generated through Meta Ads and PPC campaigns
• Communicate with prospects via calls, emails, and social platforms under supervision
• Learn to understand client requirements and suggest suitable digital services
• Support upselling and cross-selling of SEO, Web Development, Design, App Development, and Marketing services
• Work towards achieving assigned training targets and KPIs
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
• Coordinate with team members for onboarding and service delivery
• Follow up with leads to improve conversion rates

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Business, Marketing, or IT
• Internship or academic exposure to sales or digital marketing
• Interest in working with international clients
