Logistics Transportation Coordinator

Experience : 3 to 5 years experience in Logistics & Transportation , Retail Fit out experience will be an added advantage.

1. Logistics Coordination:

• Plan, arrange, and monitor daily transportation activities with all drivers.
• Ensure timely pickup and drop-off of workers from camps, warehouses, and other locations.
• Communicate daily transport schedules clearly and ensure smooth execution.
• Track driver performance, work timings, and adherence to assigned duties.

2. Camp Boss Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and discipline of the camp.
• Maintain proper records of camp occupancy and worker movements.
• Ensure all workers follow camp rules and schedules.
• Take full responsibility for camp maintenance, including:
• Cleanliness and hygiene
• Facility upkeep (e.g., electricity, water, air conditioning, plumbing, etc.)
• Reporting and following up on any repair or maintenance issues
• Coordinating with maintenance teams or vendors for timely resolution
• Ensure safety and well-being of all residents in the camp.

3. Site Workforce Planning:

• Coordinate with production in-charges to plan and arrange site teams.
• Assign manpower as per site requirements and ensure proper deployment.
• Monitor team attendance, punctuality, and performance based on the assigned plan.

4. Support to Purchase Team:

• Assist the purchase team in arranging:
• Manpower
• Materials
• Sample collection from warehouse or suppliers
• Execute transportation and logistics tasks as per the purchase team's daily plan
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery or collection of materials/samples.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3.00 - AED4.00 per month
