About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics & Warehouse Executive to oversee the complete supply chain operations -from order receiving and customs documentation to final delivery and warehouse management. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient flow of goods, maintain accurate inventory, and coordinate with internal and external partners to guarantee timely and cost-effective deliveries.

A valid UAE driving license is mandatory, and candidates with their own vehicle will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Order & Documentation Management

• Receive, review, and process customer and e-commerce orders with high accuracy.
• Prepare and finalize all shipping and customs clearance documents in compliance with UAE import/export regulations.
• Handle end-to-end follow-up for customs clearance, ensuring all documentation is submitted on time and goods are released without delay.
• Work closely with drivers for local deliveries, ensuring accurate dispatch, on-time delivery, and proper documentation handover.
• For export shipments, coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping partners to ensure cargo pickup, export documentation, and timely delivery to destination ports.
• Coordinate with the freight forwarder, shipping lines, and ground handlers to ensure smooth customs clearance, release, and dispatch of shipments.
• Maintain systematic, up-to-date records of all shipments, invoices, delivery notes, and related logistics documentation.

Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination

• Plan, monitor, and manage inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Track shipments proactively and provide real-time updates to internal teams and customers.
• Work closely with the invoicing, procurement, and sales teams to ensure all orders are processed and dispatched accurately.
• Ensure proper communication and follow-up with all stakeholders until goods are successfully delivered.
• Negotiate with logistics partners to optimize freight cost and delivery timelines.
• Continuously evaluate logistics workflows and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain proper stock control systems and ensure accuracy in inventory reporting.
• Conduct periodic stock reconciliations to ensure alignment between system and physical counts.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and safety compliance within the warehouse.
• Coordinate with the accounts and operations teams during audits and stock valuation processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of import/export documentation, customs clearance, and shipping procedures.
• Experience in end-to-end shipment coordination, including follow-up with logistics partners and local deliveries.
• Proficiency in logistics or ERP systems, and strong MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (own vehicle preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in freight forwarding, inventory control, and warehouse management.
• Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) or ERP tools.
• Understanding of logistics cost optimization and supply chain analysis.
• Ability to track and analyze logistics KPIs for continuous improvement.
