Job Description:
The Wellness Shop is looking for an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations and ensure smooth logistics flow for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in inventory management, NDR handling, customer support coordination, and working closely with courier and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, order processing, and dispatch.

· Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely stock audits.

· Work closely with the NDR (Non-Delivery Report) team and customer support team for issue resolution.

· Coordinate daily with courier and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and returns.

· Optimize warehouse processes for improved speed and efficiency.

· Monitor dispatch accuracy and ensure operational compliance.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in warehouse & logistics management, preferably in an e-commerce company.

· Strong knowledge of inventory control, NDR processes, and courier coordination.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
