Position Highlights
A quick look at this new ABC job…
Located at: Ridgegate and I-25
Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. with flexibility. The family is happy to guarantee 30 hours per week.
Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out
Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year - longer if it’s a great match.
Start Date: End of April
Family and Household Dynamics

Children's Ages: Care will be for one 3.5 month old baby.

About the Children:
This infant was born in early January. She is happy and healthy!
She is taking bottles, is on a rough schedule, has a great temperament, and is already sleeping well through the night!

About the Family:
Mom will return to work in early May, she is on a hybrid schedule so will be working from home some days.
Dad works a hybrid schedule as well.

About the Pets:
This family has two border collies - all candidates must be pet friendly.
Key Responsibilities
A day in the life...

Standard Duties:
All standard nanny duties including bottle prep and sanitization, baby laundry, light tidying, and other baby related tasks.
The family will be open to outings as this infant grows.

Travel Requirements:
No travel is required for this position, but the family would love someone who is open to it occasionally, and with advanced notice.
Desired Skills And Abilities
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…
2+ years of nanny experience with infants
The family prefers a candidate with an education or nursing background.
The ideal candidate is trustworthy, safety focused, and laid-back.
Compensation And Benefits
Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):
The family is offering $30-$40/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $46,800 - $62,400 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:
This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job OR a vehicle to drive on the job.
Required Qualifications
We welcome all candidates who meet or exceed the following requirements to apply…

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations.
