Duties

• Lead and coordinate loss prevention efforts across the store or facility, including surveillance, patrols, and investigations
• Oversee CCTV monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity and gather evidence for criminal investigations
• Conduct thorough criminal investigations related to theft, fraud, or policy violations, documenting findings clearly through detailed report writing
• Manage conflict resolution by de-escalating tense situations involving customers or staff with professionalism and tact
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during incidents requiring legal intervention or evidence collection
• Supervise security personnel and ensure adherence to safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, surveillance footage logs, and investigation reports to support ongoing security efforts

Requirements

• Proven experience in law enforcement, security, or loss prevention roles with a strong understanding of criminal investigation techniques
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems and the ability to interpret footage effectively
• Excellent report writing skills to document incidents clearly and comprehensively
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Knowledge of security protocols, loss prevention strategies, and legal procedures related to theft prevention
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed for coverage
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team with integrity while maintaining high standards of safety and security

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
