LPG Cylinder Dispatcher

This position involves coordinating the daily delivery schedules for LPG cylinders to customers and stations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving and recording requisitions for LPG from the Customers.

Utilize the dispatch solution software to monitor the received orders and plan / dispatch SHAFAF pickups.

Monitor vehicles through GPS tracking system.

Monitor and renew gate passes for both staff & vehicles for different locations.

Cross check all delivery receipts generated by SHAFAF pickup operators.

Good communication skills with customers, knowledge of supply chain management / logistics, computer skills, problem-solving, planning skills.

Fluency in English and / or Arabic.

Minimum Qualifications:

University degree or diploma in logistics/supply chain management.

Valid Qatar driving license

Minimum Experience:

Minimum five (5) years of experience preferably in distribution of LPG or petroleum products and fleet management.

Training / Certification:

Customer Communication skills.
