Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of LPG systems, including pipelines, tanks, PRDP units, vaporizers, gas detection systems, valves, and regulators.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring timely execution with minimal system downtime.
- Allocate tasks and manage daily work of technicians (mechanical and electrical).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex LPG system issues (both mechanical and electrical).
- Ensure proper functioning of control panels, ESD systems, sensors, alarms, and mechanical equipment.
- Oversee testing activities such as leak testing, pressure testing, purging, and recommissioning after maintenance.
- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in compliance with UAE Civil Defense
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across all maintenance operations.
- Supervise and guide a team of electrical and mechanical maintenance technicians.
- Coordinate with project teams, facility management, and clients for scheduling and execution of maintenance tasks.
- Report system issues, work progress, and safety concerns to the Operations Manager or Project Engineer.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspection checklists, and equipment history.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5–10 years of UAE experience in LPG maintenance supervision (mechanical and/or electrical).
- Strong technical knowledge of LPG systems, including equipment, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple job sites effectively.
- Familiarity with DCD standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and electrical schematics.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in industrial and outdoor environments.
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering preferred
