Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: Saco, ME
Shifts :36 Hours/Week
Duration: 13 Weeks

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate LPNs to join its Skilled Nursing team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, support ADLs, administer medications, and assist in maintaining a safe and supportive care environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bedside care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and care staff
• Maintain accuracy in charting and documentation
• Support residents with daily living needs in a respectful and compassionate manner

Requirements

Active LPN License (State of Maine or Compact accepted)
Previous Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience preferred
Ability to work days and/or evening shifts
Must be able to work every other weekend and every other holiday
