Registered Nurse

Duties:

- Provide direct resident care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement resident care plans.
- Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Assist with discharge planning and coordinate post-discharge care.
- Perform specimen collection processing and ensure accurate labeling and documentation.
- Maintain infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases.

Requirements:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of {location}.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Ability to lift and move residents as needed.
