Luxury Automotive Sales Specialist

Coliseum Lexus of Oakland is seeking a driven and experienced Luxury Automotive Sales Professional to join our elite sales team. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage every guest with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality
• Consult with clients to understand their needs, lifestyle, and expectations
• Deliver expert demonstrations of Lexus vehicles, features, and advanced technology
• Provide a luxury-level client experience from introduction through delivery and beyond
• Build long-term client relationships through follow-up, referrals, and exceptional service
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Lexus vehicles, innovations, and competitive models
• Collaborate with Sales Management to achieve and exceed performance goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury or highline automotive sales preferred
• Demonstrated success in consultative, client-centered sales environments
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Technologically proficient with CRM platforms and digital sales tools
• Professional presence with exceptional communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to complete pre-employment drug screening

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
