Monthly Salary: From QAR 2,000 to QAR 2,500 (based on knowledge and skills) plus FREE Duty Meal, Shared Accommodation and Transportation to and from work

Job Summary: We are seeking passionate and experienced individuals to join our team as Fine Dining Waiters and Senior Waiters. These roles are integral to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of fine dining etiquette, impeccable service standards, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver consistently polite and attentive service to all guests, ensuring high satisfaction in a luxury environment.
• Accurately take guest orders using the POS system and communicate special requests clearly to the kitchen/bar.
• Possess thorough knowledge of the full menu, including coffee, beverages, and food items, to answer guest queries.
• Serve all food and beverages promptly and correctly, adhering to established presentation and service standards.
• Perform regular table maintenance, including clearing plates, wiping spills, and resetting tableware quickly.
• Handle cash and process credit card payments accurately, ensuring proper financial reconciliation at shift end.
• Actively upsell or promote daily specials and featured products to enhance the guest experience and revenue.
• Assist with mise-en-place and cleaning duties for assigned sections and service stations (e.g., stocking cutlery, glass polishing).
• Adhere strictly to all local health, hygiene, and municipality regulations throughout service.
• Cooperate with the entire team and actively communicate any guest feedback or operational issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of proven waiting experience in a reputable full-service restaurant or café environment. Prior experience in a premium or luxury setting is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately handle orders and operate a Point-of-Sale (POS) system. Must possess excellent stamina and the ability to work effectively during peak business hours.
• Fluency in English is required for effective communication with international guests and management. Basic conversational Arabic skills are a distinct advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,750.00 per month
