Captain Waitress (Luxury Hotel Industry)

We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Captain Waitress to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel group in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a similar role within luxury 5-star hotels, demonstrating strong leadership, exceptional guest service, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support waitresses to ensure outstanding food and beverage service in line with luxury hotel standards.
• Oversee daily floor operations for smooth, efficient, and attentive guest service.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the service team to maintain consistently high performance.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally and courteously.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and hygiene across dining areas and service stations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for timely and accurate order delivery.
• Manage table setups, reservations, and special dining requests to enhance the guest experience.
• Monitor service supplies and report shortages or maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies, safety procedures, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or F&B certification preferred
• 2+ years of experience as Captain Waitress in luxury 5-star hotels.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
• Solid understanding of fine-dining standards, menu presentation, and up-selling techniques.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
