Restaurant Supervisor / Fast Food

About Us:

We are a holding company leading a fast food restaurants in Qatar operating multiple brands, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to manage the one shift operations and support the Branch Manager in delivering outstanding service and operational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily morning shift activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Support and train staff to maintain service and quality standards.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety regulations are met.
• Assist in stock control, ordering, and storage procedures.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Report shift activities and issues to the Branch Manager.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges efficiently.
• Knowledge of restaurant hygiene and safety standards.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft office.

Shift Timing: Morning shift, Evening Shift & Split shift if needed (timings will be discussed during the interview).

Salary & Benefits:

• Accommodation and transportation are not provided (candidate must arrange their own).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
