Role - Luxury Fashion Consultant

Type - Outsourced

Salary - 10000 AED

Contract - 3 Months Extendable

Key Responsibilities:

Client Styling & Advisory

• Provide personalized fashion recommendations based on client preferences, lifestyle, and occasion
• Stay updated on luxury fashion trends, designer collections, and seasonal styles
• Assist clients in selecting and purchasing luxury apparel, accessories, and footwear

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business
• Maintain detailed client profiles to track preferences and purchase history
• Handle VIP clients with discretion and professionalism

Visual Merchandising & Brand Representation

• Ensure the boutique/store reflects brand aesthetics and standards
• Support in organizing fashion events, trunk shows, and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and client engagement

Sales & Performance

• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in luxury fashion retail or styling
• Strong knowledge of luxury brands, fabrics, and fashion history
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and handle high-pressure situations
• Proficiency in CRM tools and POS systems
