Nabeeluxe LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Luxury Products Coordinator to support the sourcing, coordination, and management of premium and luxury goods across our portfolio in Doha. This role is central to ensuring a seamless experience in handling high-value products, maintaining supplier relationships, and delivering exceptional service standards aligned with luxury market expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end process of luxury product sourcing, procurement, and delivery.
  • Liaise with international and local luxury brands, suppliers, and distributors to ensure timely availability of products.
  • Monitor inventory levels of high-value items and ensure accurate stock tracking and reporting.
  • Support the merchandising and presentation of luxury goods in alignment with brand standards.
  • Assist in negotiating pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers under management supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations for luxury goods entering Qatar.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for shipments, product authenticity, and certification records.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth product flow and customer satisfaction.
  • Track market trends in luxury goods to support purchasing decisions and product selection.
  • Handle VIP and high-net-worth client requests with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Fashion Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in luxury retail, procurement, or product coordination.
  • Strong understanding of luxury brands, high-end products, and market positioning.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages is a plus.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience working in luxury retail environments in the GCC region.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and brand presentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, premium service environment.
  • Discretion when handling confidential client and supplier information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR640,000.00 per year
