Job Summary

ES-Masterpieces LLC (Branch) is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Art Procurement Coordinator to manage the sourcing, acquisition, and coordination of artworks and related materials. The ideal candidate will work closely with artists, galleries, and suppliers to ensure the timely procurement of high-quality art pieces that align with client requirements and the company’s artistic standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure artworks, sculptures, and decorative pieces from artists, galleries, and vendors.
• Build and maintain relationships with artists, curators, and art suppliers locally and internationally.
• Coordinate the acquisition process, including pricing negotiations, contracts, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure authenticity, provenance, and quality standards of all procured artworks.
• Manage documentation related to purchases, including invoices, certificates, and shipping records.
• Coordinate logistics for artwork transportation, handling, and installation.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and project teams to meet client specifications and project requirements.
• Monitor art market trends and recommend suitable pieces or collections.
• Maintain an organized database of artists, suppliers, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with legal and cultural regulations related to art procurement and import/export.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art History, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in art procurement, gallery management, or art coordination.
• Strong knowledge of art styles, mediums, and market trends.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, especially regarding authenticity and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory or procurement systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with galleries, auction houses, or art institutions.
• Knowledge of international shipping and handling of artworks.
• Strong network within the art community.
• Organizational and project coordination expertise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR640,000.00 per year
