Job Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking an experienced and client-focused Luxury Property Advisor to join our high-performing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market and a proven ability to deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clients. You will be responsible for managing premium property portfolios, advising clients on exclusive investments, and facilitating high-value transactions with discretion and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on luxury property acquisitions, sales, and investments in Abu Dhabi and other prime markets
• Conduct private property viewings and consultations, ensuring a personalized and confidential experience
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, developers, and international investors
• Stay informed about luxury market trends, architectural innovations, and exclusive listings
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop premium property presentations and targeted campaigns
• Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations
• Represent the company at luxury real estate exhibitions, networking events, and client engagements

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or advisory
• Proven track record of closing high-value property transactions
• Strong knowledge of the luxury property market in Abu Dhabi and the UAE
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and commitment to discretion and confidentiality
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
• RERA or equivalent certification is preferred
