We are seeking a polished and experienced Luxury Property Sales Advisor to represent our high‑end communities and deliver a world‑class advisory experience to affluent buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent and promote luxury and ultra‑prime properties across Abu Dhabi’s most prestigious communities
  • Conduct private viewings, lifestyle‑driven presentations, and tailored investment consultations
  • Build and manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients, investors, and referral partners
  • Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, capital appreciation, payment plans, and market trends
  • Negotiate high‑value offers and close transactions with precision and professionalism
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and premium clients
  • Ensure accurate CRM documentation and adherence to company sales processes
  • Uphold the highest standards of service, confidentiality, and brand representation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury real estate, premium sales, or high‑end client services
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust with affluent clients and international investors
  • Professional appearance, refined etiquette, and strong business acumen
  • Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, etc.) are an advantage
  • Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s luxury real estate market is preferred
