We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results‑driven Investment Property Sales Advisor to guide investors, present high‑ROI opportunities, and close profitable transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise local and international investors on high‑performing ready and off‑plan properties
• Conduct investment‑focused presentations covering ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, and market trends
• Build and maintain a portfolio of investors seeking short‑term gains, long‑term holds, or portfolio diversification
• Deliver tailored investment proposals, financial breakdowns, and community insights
• Promote top projects from leading Abu Dhabi developers
• Negotiate offers and close investment‑driven transactions with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with strong market knowledge and investment expertise

Requirements

• Experience in real estate investment sales, brokerage, or financial advisory
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of property investment metrics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
• Professional appearance and strong business acumen
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, Turkish, Dutch, etc.) are an advantage
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s investment zones and major developers is preferred
