We are seeking a knowledgeable and results‑driven Investment Property Sales Advisor to guide investors, analyze opportunities, and close high‑value transactions in Abu Dhabi’s rapidly expanding real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on property investment strategies, ROI, rental yields, and capital appreciation
• Conduct detailed investment consultations, financial breakdowns, and market analyses
• Promote high‑performing off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
• Build and manage a portfolio of investors, high‑net‑worth individuals, and referral partners
• Present tailored investment proposals, payment plans, and long‑term wealth‑building options
• Stay updated on market trends, developer incentives, and new project launches
• Negotiate offers and close investment‑driven transactions with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, or financial services is highly preferred
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of ROI, yields, and investment metrics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Ability to build trust with investors and high‑net‑worth clients
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, etc.) are an advantage
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s investment market is a strong plus
