We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and client‑focused Investment Real Estate Sales Advisor to support investors seeking high‑return opportunities across Abu Dhabi’s most desirable communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage investment‑focused property inquiries and conduct professional consultations
• Present off‑plan and ready projects with clear financial analysis and ROI projections
• Build and maintain a portfolio of investors, high‑net‑worth individuals, and long‑term clients
• Provide expert advisory on rental yields, capital appreciation, payment plans, and market trends
• Conduct virtual tours, community briefings, and tailored investment presentations
• Guide clients through reservation, SPA signing, and handover processes
• Negotiate offers and close transactions with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with strong market knowledge and investment expertise

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate investment sales, brokerage, or financial advisory
• Strong understanding of investment metrics, off‑plan structures, and market analysis
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
• Ability to build trust with investors and high‑value clients
• Professional appearance and strong business acumen
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, etc.) are an advantage
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s investment market is preferred
