We are seeking a knowledgeable and results‑driven Investment Real Estate Sales Advisor to guide investors, analyze opportunities, and close high‑value transactions in Abu Dhabi’s rapidly expanding real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on property investment strategies, ROI, rental yields, and capital appreciation
- Conduct detailed investment consultations, financial breakdowns, and market analyses
- Promote high‑performing off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
- Build and manage a portfolio of investors, high‑net‑worth individuals, and referral partners
- Present tailored investment proposals, payment plans, and long‑term wealth‑building options
- Stay updated on market trends, developer incentives, and new project launches
- Negotiate offers and close investment‑driven transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, or financial services is highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of ROI, yields, and investment metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Ability to build trust with investors and high‑net‑worth clients
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, etc.) are an advantage
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s investment market is a strong plus
