You will be responsible for representing exclusive properties and delivering a personalized experience to a discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and sell premium residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and developers
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings with professionalism and discretion
• Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings
• Provide tailored property solutions based on client needs and preferences
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal property marketing and exposure
• Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and transactions

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or high-end client services
• In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and UAE real estate regulations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage
• Professional appearance and a client-centric approach
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
