Position Overview:

We're seeking motivated sales representatives to join our growing Dubai team. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious individuals who are eager to break into luxury real estate or take their sales career to the next level with the backing of a prestigious international brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through outbound prospecting and follow up on inbound inquiries

Qualify potential clients and schedule appointments for licensed agents

Conduct initial client consultations and property research

Maintain accurate records in CRM system

Support licensed agents with administrative tasks and client communication

Learn and stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends

Represent the Interluxe brand with professionalism and excellence

Required Qualifications:

Proven sales experience in any industry (real estate experience is a plus but not required)

Strong outbound prospecting and lead generation skills

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Self-motivated with strong work ethic

Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach

Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems

Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

Arabic language proficiency

Previous experience in B2C sales or customer service

Knowledge of Dubai or interest in the real estate industry

Existing network in Dubai
