In this role, you will combine your expertise in the travel industry with a keen sense of luxury, trends, and service quality. You are not just a consultant – you become a trusted contact for clients seeking the extraordinary worldwide.

Requirements

What you bring

• • Completed commercial or equivalent education
• • Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, with tour operators or travel agencies, or at least 3 years of professional experience in luxury concierge, hospitality or high-end customer service
• • Solid GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge
• • Fluent in Arabic and English
• • Passion for travel, luxury, gastronomy, events, and culture
• • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and service orientation
• • High quality awareness and attention to detail
• • Full-time availability
• • Unfortunately, career changers cannot be considered for this position.

Work Guidelines

Please note: For this position, you must work in the office 5 days a week.
