The Opportunity:

• Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

• Location: Peninsula Post-Acute — Burlingame, CA

• Rate: $40.00-$44.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

• Part Time - NOC Shift

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

• Personalized Rehabilitation: Deliver high-quality nursing services tailored to each resident’s recovery goals.

• Critical Thinking: Make independent clinical decisions and apply critical thinking to ensure the best patient outcomes.

• Clinical Communication: Maintain clear and accurate documentation; communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families.

• Treatment Implementation: Follow clinical instructions with precision and implement physician orders to support the rehabilitation process.

• Compassionate Care: Serve as a dedicated team player, providing support to both residents and fellow staff members.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Must possess a current, valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.

• Passion for Seniors: A genuine heart for working with the geriatric and post-acute population.

• Communication Skills: Proficiency in verbal and written English is required.
