Lymphatic & Madero Therapist ( Women Only)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and professional Lymphatic & Madero Therapist to join our wellness and beauty team. The ideal candidate will specialize in performing manual lymphatic drainage massage (MLD) and maderotherapy (wood therapy) to support clients in detoxification, body contouring, post-surgery recovery, and overall wellness. The therapist should have strong knowledge of body anatomy, excellent massage techniques, and the ability to customize treatments according to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform lymphatic drainage massages using safe, effective, and professional techniques.
• Carry out maderotherapy sessions (wood therapy) for body contouring, cellulite reduction, and muscle relaxation.
• Conduct client consultations to assess health history, treatment goals, and any contraindications.
• Create personalized treatment plans to maximize results for each client.
• Educate clients on the benefits of lymphatic drainage and maderotherapy, including aftercare and lifestyle advice.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitization standards for all equipment and treatment areas.
• Keep accurate client records, progress notes, and treatment documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest techniques, trends, and safety standards in massage therapy.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certification or training in Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Maderotherapy (Wood Therapy).
• Previous experience as a massage or body therapist (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for treatments.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to handle clients with post-surgical conditions and provide safe, gentle care.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of complementary therapies (cupping, body sculpting, LPG, cryotherapy, etc.) is an advantage.
• Sales and client consultation skills to promote treatment packages and wellness programs.
• Ability to adapt treatments to suit individual client needs and comfort levels.
