Lynnwood Property Porter Driver

Job Duties:

• Drive company provided trucks
• Service trash enclosures/rooms at client property sites
• Sort recyclable, trach, and compost items
• Sweep and maintain enclosure appearance
• Load and remove bulk items

Ideal Candidate

• Valid driver's license. (Commercial license not required)
• Clean driving record of at least 2 years
• Schedule Mon- Friday 4am - 12:30pm
• Ability to repetitively lift 75+ lbs (furniture, appliances, household items)
• Ability to push and pull a wheeled bin weighing 600+ lbs.
• Follows instructions from Senior Drivers / Field Operations Admin / Route Supervisors while working quickly and efficiently
• Must work well with others and represent Copia Resources professionally
• Ability to send emails, text messages and picture messages by cell phone
• Ability to make decisions and think outside of the box
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Experience with waste management is a plus (NOT required)

Pay: $22.50 per hour
