JOB DESCRIPTION
- Should have 8-10 years of troubleshooting experience in MacBook Support and
- proficient knowledge in Mac Operating System.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues related to systems, networks, and hardware, using
- command-line tools / MacOS
- Should have Knowledge about Apple business management, Integrated DEP
- enrollment with JAMF Pro
- Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong understanding of device management principles, security, and
- compliance.
- Have good experience in Deployed macOS Security patches and Mac OS
- Applications
- Required excellent skill in JAMF administration and configuration.
- Should have good experience in packages through composer
- Actively participates in the creation, maintenance, and sharing of technical
- information and documentation
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with IT and endusers
