About The Role

We’re seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable ML models and data-driven solutions .

You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to bring machine learning models from concept to production helping the organization leverage data for predictive insights, automation, and innovation.

Education & Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor or equivalent degree from a reputed educational institute, preferably in computer programming, computer science, or a related field.
• Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
  
  
  

Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering with a proven portfolio of relevant projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for prediction, classification, and recommendation tasks.
• Preprocess, clean, and transform large datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Select appropriate algorithms and tune hyperparameters to maximize model accuracy and efficiency.
• Work with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) for model development.
• Implement feature engineering techniques to enhance model performance.
• Develop data pipelines for continuous training and deployment (MLOps).
• Deploy models in production environments using REST APIs, Docker, or cloud ML platforms.
• Monitor, evaluate, and retrain models to maintain performance over time.
• Collaborate with data teams to align ML outputs with business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in ML, DL, and AI research.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Experience working with SQL / NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with MLOps, model versioning, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong grasp of data preprocessing, feature selection, and model evaluation metrics.
• Proficiency with cloud services (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML).
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  
  
  

Nice To Have:

Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.

Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or RAG pipelines.

Familiarity with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau).

Exposure to big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop).

Understanding of statistics and probability for model validation.
