Position Overview

We are looking for an ML Research Analyst with strong proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, and Geospatial Analysis . The ideal candidate will work on developing, improving, and validating ML models with a focus on geospatial datasets, contributing directly to the company’s data-driven product offerings for international clients.

This role requires someone who is analytical, research-oriented, hands-on with ML experiments, and comfortable working with spatial data tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and optimize ML models with a focus on geospatial datasets.
• Conduct research on ML techniques, applying them to real-world business and spatial data.
• Work with geospatial analysis tools such as ArcGIS, QGIS, and Python geospatial libraries (GeoPandas, Shapely, Rasterio, etc.).
• Perform spatial data cleaning, preprocessing, feature extraction, and visualization.
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to integrate ML outputs into production workflows.
• Explore new methods, conduct experiments, and document findings for continuous model improvement.
• Present insights, model behavior, and analytical findings to internal teams.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, GIS, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Python-based data analysis.
• Practical experience with geospatial analysis tools such as ArcGIS or QGIS.
• Strong understanding of ML concepts, data preprocessing, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch — any acceptable).
• Strong analytical thinking, research mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly.

🕒 Timings: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

🏢 Work Mode: Fully Onsite (No Remote/Hybrid)

📍 Location: Muslim Town Office, Lahore
