Machine Operators (Cutting / Rewinding / Slitting)

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators for our tapes factory. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining cutting, rewinding, and slitting machines to ensure smooth production, quality output, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cutting, rewinding, and slitting machines as per production requirements.
• Set up machines, adjust parameters, and ensure accurate cutting and rewinding of tapes.
• Monitor machine performance during operations and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure product quality according to defined specifications and standards.
• Identify and report machine faults, defects, or production issues to the supervisor.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain production records, output reports, and material usage details.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.
• Minimize material wastage and ensure efficient machine utilization.
• Maintain log books.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator.
• Hands-on experience with cutting, rewinding, or slitting machines (specific role assigned based on expertise).
• Understanding of machine settings, tape specifications, and quality control standards.
• Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle machine operations.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and production processes.
